Click to select this tool, then outline a region on your image.

This area will be “filtered” through whatever color is selected to highlight a particular image region. The region will look as if the selected color was painted over it using a translucent medium.

Select Highlight color

Click the right arrow to select the highlight color from the colors shown. You can also choose whether this will be used for the Foreground or Background.
