Draws an empty ellipse on the image using the foreground color defined by the Foreground color tool in this tab.

To draw an empty ellipse:

·         Select this tool.

·         Choose the color and line width you want.

·         Click where you want the ellipse to start on the image.

To draw a circle, hold the SHIFT key while drawing the ellipse.

·         Hold down the primary mouse button and drag the tool until the ellipse-shaped box shows around the area you want.

·         Release the mouse button and the ellipse will be complete.
